Booking and Deposit: 

1.1. By booking an appointment at Buxton Dental Practice, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. 

1.2. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount will be communicated to you at the time of booking. 

1.3. The deposit can be paid via our scheduling page sent to you upon signing up for our promotion.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

 2.1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. 

2.2. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. 

2.3. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our medical spa directly through the designated communication channels provided.

No Show Policy:

 3.1. If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without providing any notice, your deposit will be forfeited. 

3.2. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but it is important to notify us as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment. 

3.3. In exceptional cases, where extenuating circumstances prevent you from providing notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Late Arrivals:

4.1. We strive to provide prompt and efficient service to all our clients. Therefore, it is essential that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. 

4.2. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment duration to accommodate subsequent bookings. 

4.3. In such cases, the full cost of the originally scheduled appointment will still apply, and the remaining time will be used to provide the best service possible within the time constraints.       

Refunds and Exchanges: 

5.1. Deposits paid to secure appointments are non-refundable.

5.2. In the event of a genuine emergency or extenuating circumstances, we may, at our discretion, consider refunding or rescheduling your appointment. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6.1. By booking an appointment, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information for the purposes of providing our services and managing appointments.
